Terms and Conditions

Payment is required in full to secure your spot. If you are unable to attend please advise us via email by 9th January to arrange a refund. Refunds for cancelations received after this date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Late entries will only be accepted if numbers permit and will not be guaranteed to receive a singlet top in their preferred size.
The MGC has the right to call an ambulance in the case of a medical emergency i.e. life or limb threatening even if known you are non-members of the Ambulance Service. All costs associated with an ambulance service will be the parent/guardian’s responsibility.

Payment by Credit Card is MasterCard or VISA only. All major bank debit cards are also accepted. Please contact us if you have any issues.
